Our dynamic team is on the hunt for a part time Marketing Assistant. (Currently estimated at 20-25 hours per week, some of which could be completed from your home.)  This is one of the most important roles on our team, as you make contact with EVERY SINGLE client.

The position is currently 75% Marketing/Social Media Management & 25% Client Services with room for quick growth in this position if you desire. 


Proven Experience in Social Media Management - Social Media Management can be a super fun job, but we are looking for someone who equally knows their stuff. We don't maintain Facebook and Instagram pages for fun.  These pages are as important ( if not more important) to our marketing plan that our actual website - and they are big money makers for us. The right person for this position will dream about hashtags and new developments in social media marketing.  They will thrive on decreasing our Facebook CPL and increasing engagement numbers.

Writing Aptitude - 99% of your communication with clients, vendors, and prospects will be in writing.  We're looking for someone who can write a blog posts and web content with both passion and authenticity to capture the audience.  Whether the topic is our newest listing or "5 Ways To Decorate Your Porch for Fall", we're looking for someone who can reel our readers in to create some serious raving fans. You'll also need to be detail oriented so there are no embarrassing grammatical or spelling errors.

Graphics Production - A keen eye for design, and the ability to use Canva and Adobe Illustrator to design gorgeous marketing pieces.  From Facebook and Instagram graphics to luxury property brochures, you're the designer. 

Customer Service Mindset - Now, more than ever, we must provide a 5 star experience to set us apart from our many thousands of competitors. The right fit for this position will intuitively pick up on details about our customers (like their dog's name that they mention in a phone conversation) so that we can create a personalized gift at some point in the future. 

Speed is the name of the game.  We expect all customer emails and phone calls to be responded to as quickly as possible, but never more than 1 hour from their original inquiry.

This position can be either work from home, work from office or a combination.
